Emerald City Collectibles was founded by collectors who wish to disrupt the current collectible figure market. One of the first ways we plan on doing this is by taking the pre-order burden off our customers and placing it on ourselves.

While it’s true that Funko, Banpresto, and most other manufacturers in this space will randomly send us merchandise we ordered months in advance, we feel this should not affect our customer’s experience.

We are offering a 90-day pre-order guarantee, which means if we fail to ship your order by the 91st day, you will receive a gift card (that never expires) from us for the total price you paid for your order. The other game-changer is sending you another 10% of your entire purchase price on the gift card as our apology for the manufacturer’s wait/ delay times.

For example, let’s say you purchase $100.00 worth of Funko, and Funko does not get the shipment to us by the 90th day to ship out to you, we’ll give you 1 of 2 options. You can cancel your order by submitting a Pre-Order Guarantee Claim Form, found in the top left-hand corner of our site. You’ll then receive a gift card via email for $110.00 ($100 for the original purchase price of the items and $10 for the apology amount) or keep your order, and we’ll ship it when we receive it from the manufacturer.

OOB stands for Out Of Box, and it’s for collectors who display Funko…… well, out of the box. There are a few instances where a Funko Pop box may arrive damaged, or sometimes, we drop them in our facility, but that’s excellent news for you! Since the Funko pop box is not in mint condition anymore, we’ll sell them for a discount if you’re the type to toss the box anyway. Our OOB Collection, or damaged box section, can be easily identified with an [OOB] in the product title, similar to the [PRE-ORDER] in the preorder product title. Discount and gift card codes are case-sensitive. You should also check to see if there is a blank space before or after the code, just in case you pasted it in. If you've already double-checked those and it's still not working, fill out the form in the Contact us page, we'll get it straightened out.

Our fulfillment warehouse is in the greater Seattle area. The truth is that Seattle's nickname has much to do with the city's greenery, as the city's pretty much filled with green all year round, meaning that the name Emerald City refers to the color of its environment.

We ship all our products from Seattle WA, USA.

We sure do ship internationally and accept all major credit cards. We even take crypto as a payment method via Coinbase Commerce.

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express.
We also accept payment via Amazon, Apple pay, Google pay, Venmo, & Facebook pay. If you prefer to pay over time with an interest-free installment plan, you can choose from Shop pay/ Affirm.
We have recently teamed up with Coinbasse Commerce which allows us to accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, DAI, USDC, Litecoin, and yes, even DogeCoin.

We typically ship your in-stock order on the next business day, so long as your order has been completed by 9 am PST Monday - Friday except for holidays. Depending on the speed you choose at check out, domestic shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days. International shipping can potentially take up to 3 weeks depending on your location and the speed that your package clears customs.

As collectors ourselves, we know all too well that there is a lot of anticipation between placing an order online and finally receiving your long-awaited order. Rest assured, we're with you every step of the way. You will receive multiple notifications about your package, the first of which will be the 'shipping soon' notification which means we printed the label for your package.
You will then get more notifications on your package. You'll know when it's accepted by the carrier and see an anticipated arrival date.
We'll notify you again when your order is 'out for delivery and when it's marked 'delivered' by the carrier. If you would prefer to check the status of your order, you may do so at any time by using our
Track Your Order page.

You will have a cancelation grace period of up to 12 hours after making a purchase on our site OR before you receive the "order shipping soon" email (which means we have already paid for the shipping) whichever comes first, to cancel your order. Orders that meet the above criteria must be canceled in full, including all in-stock and all pre-ordered products in the same order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any pre-order-only purchases made on our site, however, you are still covered by our 90 Day Pre-Order Guarantee, and returns policy.

Orders that need to be changed before the 12 hour grace period OR shipping being paid for will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We are unable to change orders once they ship.

Due to the nature of this industry, we are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We use supreme packaging, but in the unlikely event your items are damaged, use the contact us form to let us know within three days. If you purchased the Navidium Shipping Protection, you could start a claim, and they will handle everything. Pictures of damaged items and shipping labels are mandatory.
